The definition of CrossFit is “Constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.” The goal is to improve fitness and therefore general physical preparedness. In CrossFit, load and intensity are scaled to meet the demands of the individual. CrossFit is beneficial for everyone regardless of age, experience or fitness level.
CrossFit AP is a close and caring community of members, and qualified and motivated coaches, sharing one common goal: To help you reach your fitness goals safely and effectively. Our coach’s care and support our members, and our members care, support, motivate and help each other reach their objectives.
Your first class is Free. Come in and join one of our normally scheduled CrossFit classes, which can be found on the Class Schedule. During your first visit you will experience the coaching, community and facility. Your first visit will give you an indication if CrossFit AP is right for you.
